About Us

General Information

The Enclave is located off Cooper Road (County Road 850) between Oak Street and Hunt Club Road, about 1 1/2 miles west of Zionsville, Indiana. Our neighborhood consists of 117 single-family homes. We are located about 30 minutes northwest of downtown Indianapolis. Nearby shopping includes Boone Village Shopping Center in Zionsville and Traders Point Shopping center, about 10 minutes away. We are served by the Zionsville Community School Corporation.

The Enclave is managed by Ardsley Management. Association fees are $575 / year.  More than half of the fees are used for maintenance of our common area, which comprises about 8½ acres with 1,100 yards of perimeter wood fence. Over 20% is for lighting our streets and entrances. The remainder is for management fees, insurance and other operating expenses. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact a board member or our Management Agent thru the Contact Us page.
