General Information
 
The Enclave is located off Cooper Road (County Road 850) between Oak Street and Hunt Club Road, about 1 1/2 miles west of downtown Zionsville, Indiana. Our neighborhood consists of 117 single-family homes. We are located about 30 minutes northwest of downtown Indianapolis. Nearby shopping includes Boone Village Shopping Center in Zionsville and Traders Point Shopping center, about 10 minutes away. We are served by the Zionsville Community School Corporation.
 
The Enclave is managed by Ardsley Management. Association fees are $575 / year.  More than half of the fees are used for maintenance of our common area, which comprises about 8½ acres with 1,100 yards of perimeter wood fence. Over 20% is for lighting our streets and entrances. The remainder is for management fees, insurance and other operating expenses. Trash and Recycle Pickup
 
Trash pickup occurs every Friday and recycling every other Friday by Ray’s Trash Service. As of January 1, 2019, the Town of Zionsville provides trash pickup that is contracted with Ray’s Trash for pickup. Ray's Trash phone number is 317-539-2024.
 
Speed Limit
 
The posted speed limit in The Enclave is 20 mph. If you see someone speeding, please ask them to slow down or report offenders to the board.
 
Mailboxes
 
Per the covenants and restrictions of The Enclave, mailboxes and mailbox posts shall be uniform in nature. Neighbors needing to replace a mailbox or post please contact our Management Agent thru the Contact Us page.
